Welcome To The RM of Grassy Creek No.78

The RM of Grassy Creek is located in Southwest Saskatchewan, approximately 100 kilometers southwest of Swift Current. It has a land area of approximately 840 square kilometers. In 2016 it supported a population of 364.

The RM of Grassy Creek is based largely on agriculture-related activity and the resource sector. The range of agriculture activity extends from grain farming to mixed grain/livestock, The RM's resources lay largely in its excellent agricultural land base.

The Town of Shaunavon is located within the municipality, it has camp sites, a swimming pool, library, museum and the Wickenheiser Centre which houses a skating rink and a 4 sheet curling rink. The Rock Creek Golf Course is a nine hole golf course just outside of the Town. The Town of Eastend is loctated just 40 kms West of the municipality, one of the highlights of this town is the T-Rex Centre, home to Scotty the T-Rex, they also have camping, a swimming pool and splash park and many other attractions.

The RM's richness in agriculture creates a strong economy for the region and the province. The RM of Grassy Creek strives to improve the lifestyle and quality of life for present and future generations.
